2. Dance

Step 1: Stand still and stretch your right hand upward. Bend your left leg, grab the instep of your left foot with your left hand, and gently pull it toward your right arm. Then lift your chin and look forward.

The second step is to lift your left leg, trying to make your left thigh parallel to the ground, while extending your right hand forward and leaning your body slightly forward. Then return to the starting position along the original path.

3. Peak pose

The first step is to kneel down, put your legs together, keep your calves and insteps on the ground, your thighs perpendicular to the ground, stretch your arms directly below your shoulders, and keep your back straight and parallel to the ground.

Step 2: Straighten your knees while lifting your hips up to form an inverted "V" shape.

4. Pigeon pose

The first step is to sit down, stretch your left leg backward, bend your right leg in front of you, and keep your calf parallel to your body. Straighten your spine and place your hands on your right knee and ankle.

In the second step, bend your left leg, bend your elbows, cross your fingers, keep your head forward, turn your upper body slightly to the side, and use your left elbow to hook the toes of your left leg. Then hold for a few breaths, return to the first step, and repeat on the other side.
