Dumbbell breast enhancement exercises, follow this!

Female friends all hope that their breasts can be firmer, so they put a lot of effort into breast enhancement. There are many ways to do breast enhancement. A safe and effective way is to do some breast enhancement exercises, especially dumbbell breast enhancement exercises which can make your breasts fuller.

1. How to do dumbbell breast exercises

1. Bench press breast enhancement exercise

step1. Lie flat on a soft cushion with your feet bent and soles touching the ground.

Step 2. Hold a dumbbell in each hand, with your hands and arms at 90 degrees, and the dumbbells balanced on your shoulders.

Step 3. Push the dumbbells upward to the upper part of your abdomen, keep the two dumbbells close together, and hold for about two seconds.

step4. Slowly lower yourself to the starting position.

step5. Exhale when lifting the dumbbells upwards, and inhale when lowering them. Do about three sets, ten times each.

2. Lift dumbbells

step1. Lean your upper body forward, keeping your back and neck straight.

Step 2. Hold the dumbbells tightly with both hands, lift them diagonally from the sides of your legs up to your chest, hold for two seconds, then slowly lower them.

step3. Inhale when lifting and exhale when lowering. Ten times per set.

3. Lift the dumbbells at 90 degrees

step1. Lie on the ground, bend your hands, and place your elbows on both sides of your shoulders at a 90-degree angle.

Step 2. Then slowly lift up until your hands are straight. Do this 5-10 times.

4. Incline and lift dumbbells

step1. Open your arms with your elbows on the ground, tilt the dumbbells slightly towards your head, and lie on the ground with your feet bent.

step2. Clamp your hands upwards, put them together and stretch them straight, do this back and forth 5-10 times.

5. V-Shaped Dumbbell Raise

Step 1. Stand with your head up and chest out, feet slightly wider than shoulder width apart, and hands placed in a V shape on both sides of your shoulders.

Step 2. Then use the strength of your body and hands to pull upwards, and do it back and forth 10 times in total.

2. Exercises that help to enlarge breasts

1. Chest expansion exercise

Place your right heel on the elastic band, keep your front leg in a bow position, straighten your back leg, and pull the front end of the elastic band with both arms at the same time. Your elbows should be back, your arms should be bent to the sides, and then your arms should be straightened forward at the same level as your shoulders. Then slowly retract your arms and return to the starting position until you feel a stretch in your chest. Do this 8 times a day, then switch legs and repeat the exercise.

2. Stretch backwards

Stand on your left leg, wrap an elastic band around the sole of your right foot, hold both ends of the elastic band with each hand, place your arms in front of your body, then extend your arms back, bend your elbows and begin to stretch the elastic band, maintaining your body's center of gravity and back straight, slowly release your arms, and stretch your legs forward as far as possible. Do this 8 times a day, then switch legs and repeat the exercise.

3. Stretching exercise

Stand or sit, place your arms on both sides of your body, slowly raise them to the sides until they reach the height between your head and shoulders, then slowly raise them forward, stopping when your arms are about to touch. Then separate your arms, return to the original position and relax your muscles, and repeat 5 times.
