The principle is to warm the whole body and achieve the effect of nourishing the brain. This "essence" refers to kidney essence, so if you want to have a qualitative sublimation of your body, strengthening your kidneys is a compulsory course. So what can we do to replenish our energy and nourish our brain? Here I will introduce three methods for you to practice. Method 1: Touch your head with your hands, like a monkey scratching its head, and use your thumbs to touch the back of your head. This will stimulate the pituitary nerve. Pinch it. It will feel very comfortable. You can try it now, from the temple all the way to here. Pinching it will make you clear-headed. You can do it at any time. It is also one of the best ways to replenish essence and nourish the brain. Pinch your head, then shake your eyes and roll them in circles. You can roll them as many times as you want. After turning, close your eyes and look back at the back of your head to stimulate the pituitary gland; breathe in gently through your nose and contract your lower abdomen a few times. After contracting, rub the back of your head and then sit in meditation to empty your mind. Method 2: Stand naturally with your feet apart and your arms hanging naturally. At this time, slowly raise your arms while lifting your heels and using the front of your feet to support your body. Raise your arms above your shoulders and hook your hands inward. At the same time, visualize the essence being drawn from the perineum upward to the brain. Hold this position for three seconds before slowly lowering your arms and heels to return to their original position. This is the complete one. The slower the movements, the better, and the more times, the better. People with weak kidneys will know the result after trying this method. Those who study Buddhism and practice Taoism should always practice it. Method 3: Breathe in through your nose, preferably deeply with sound. After breathing in enough, hold your breath and lift your anus upwards, holding for 2-3 seconds. Then exhale through your mouth and relax your whole body. This is a complete repetition. The slower the above movements are, the better, and the more times the better. Replenishing essence and nourishing the brain, replenishing essence is the method and nourishing the brain is the effect. In this way, the mind will be clear and there will be no headaches. Then, slowly, the brain marrow will be sufficient and people will truly gain wisdom and be truly healthy and live a long life.
