It is not advisable to do these exercises too early. Exercising too early will not only not help to grow taller, but will affect your height. Boys aged 13 to 22 and girls aged 11 to 17 can get satisfactory results by doing these height-enhancing exercises. While doing physical exercise, you must pay attention to strengthening nutrition to promote the growth and development of muscles and bones. The principle to be grasped is: while ensuring sufficient supply of calories and protein, sufficient inorganic salts and vitamins should be supplemented, such as various types of fish, meat, milk, eggs, and soy products.
