1. Running is the aerobic exercise with the highest intensity and the best fitness effect. The intensity and continuity of other sports activities are not as good as running. People who run regularly have good elasticity of blood vessels, smooth blood flow, and will not experience blood flow obstruction or arteriosclerosis. 2. The requirements for the venue for running are very simple. It is not like table tennis, badminton, volleyball, basketball, football and other sports that cannot be carried out without a venue. Running can be done on any ground, such as roads, playgrounds, beaches, forest paths, and mountain trails. You can run to your heart's content.

3. The choice of time for running is more flexible. My original method of fitness was mainly playing table tennis, but later I found that I could not stick to it. When you are free, the table tennis room is closed. Even if you go when it is not closed, there are too many people. After waiting for half an hour, you can't play two or three games before you have to leave. Therefore, it is difficult to achieve the purpose of playing table tennis. The time requirements for running are much more flexible. You can run in the morning, in the afternoon, or in the evening. You can run more or less. You can run fast or jog slowly. These can be adjusted at any time according to the specific situation.

Running is an aerobic exercise. If you exercise regularly, it can not only help you keep fit, but also have a very obvious effect on weight loss. The requirements for the venue for running are very simple. It can be done anytime and anywhere, and there is no time limit or speed limit. It can be flexibly mastered according to your needs. Therefore, running is the best sport.
