After getting used to drinking green tea on an empty stomach in the morning, you must drink more than 400ml each time every day.

In fact, you can do ankle exercises when you wake up in the morning. The effect of exercise at this time will be much better than at any other time. If you want to exercise your ankle joints, the easiest way is to do radio gymnastics. This is an exercise that many primary and secondary school students will do in the early morning. This kind of exercise can allow you to exercise the joints of your whole body.
