Refining Essence into Qi: Strengthening the body and preventing premature ejaculation You can practice it before going to bed, when getting up early, or when taking a nap. Curl up, close your eyes, plug your ear holes with your left and right index fingers until they are airtight, breathe through your nose, and keep your mouth closed. Breathe naturally. Bodhidharma Internal Strength Before going to bed and getting up, lie flat on your back, tear open your underwear, and lean against your body. Take two deep breaths, and then rub your right palm in a circle from top to bottom toward the left chest forty to fifty times counterclockwise. Take two breaths and then do the same with your left palm. Then you can rub your chest and abdomen or the upper part at will, no matter how many times, just stop when it is enough.
