The bones, muscles and ligaments of the feet bear the entire body weight of a person, which requires the shoes to fully support the arch of the foot, so that the force on the sole of the foot is evenly distributed and the ligaments are properly relaxed. However, some manufacturers cut corners on the internal structure of the shoes in order to reduce costs, resulting in the structure inside the shoe being unable to effectively support the arch of the foot and concentrating force on a certain part of the sole of the foot. This increases the pressure on the ligaments and makes the ligaments more susceptible to inflammation. Therefore, to protect your heels, you must first choose shoes of qualified quality, especially sports shoes; at the same time, be careful not to let your feet over-fatigue.
