Recommended relaxation activities include: jogging, breathing exercises and stretching exercises for various muscle groups. Doing stretching exercises after exercise can eliminate muscle spasms, improve muscle blood circulation, reduce muscle soreness and stiffness, eliminate local fatigue, and also have a good effect on preventing sports injuries.

For example, intense sit-ups can be followed by some stretches for the lower back and abdomen. It can relieve muscle soreness. Generally, after a period of exercise, the body adapts to the intensity of this load and muscle soreness caused by lactic acid accumulation will no longer occur.

Since we are exercising the abdominal muscles that are not usually used, we will feel muscle soreness, and in severe cases even feel tearing. These are all normal phenomena. Of course, if you get a stitch in the side due to improper use, you should stop and rest in time, don't drink water, and walk slowly, the abdominal pain will be relieved. Remember not to eat cold food.
