If you experience mild shortness of breath, a slightly accelerated heartbeat, a slight fever all over the body, and a slightly red face, this indicates that the exercise is appropriate; if you have obvious palpitations, shortness of breath, heat in the heart, dizziness, sweating, and exhaustion, this indicates that the exercise is excessive. However, if you maintain a calm and composed expression throughout the exercise, you may still be far from the "golden heart rate" and need to increase your exercise volume. In addition, whether the fatigue caused by exercise can be eliminated the next day is also a criterion for measuring whether aerobic exercise is effective: you will feel tired after exercise, but if you can recover the next day, it is normal; if the fatigue cannot be eliminated on the second day, it means that you have exercised too much and has exceeded the scope of aerobic exercise.

It can be seen that aerobic exercise has certain limits for all groups of people. If it exceeds this limit, even if the aerobic exercise is good, it will not work if the body cannot bear it. In addition, after aerobic exercise, you should eat more protein-rich foods and avoid overeating, especially high-sugar foods, which should be avoided as much as possible. Only in this way can the effect of aerobic exercise be achieved.
