But just doing sit-ups is not enough. Sit-ups will only exercise the upper four muscles. If you want to exercise the other four abdominal muscles in your lower abdomen, you have to do "sit-ups"! The specific method is to lie flat on your back, put your hands behind your head, bend your legs slightly, use your abdominal force to raise your legs to about 90 degrees, then slowly lower them, repeat several times until you reach your limit! This exercise is combined with sit-ups! You can exercise your eight-pack abs! At the same time, do some push-ups in moderation! Exercising chest and abdominal muscles is very effective! Muscles are not something you can just get if you want them. The key is persistence!

The meat in the abdomen is relatively tender. Due to its special location, people don't get much exercise in their daily lives, which is why it is easy for fat to accumulate in the abdomen. Therefore, if you want to train the fat in your abdomen into muscle, you still need perseverance. Once you relax and give up exercising, the fat will come back quickly. You also need to control your diet while exercising.
