How to develop arm muscle lines?

But I am also worried that if I exercise I will really become a "tomboy" or "muscular girl". In fact, if women do more single-arm stretching exercises and palm-crossing exercises, it will not build muscles, but will only make the muscle lines of the arms more beautiful.

1. Single-arm stretch

Prepare a pillow, yoga brick or yoga mat, press your arms on the pillow, spread your legs shoulder-width apart, and keep your body in a straight line. Extend your right arm to the right, lifting it up across the floor as shown in the picture. Hold for five breaths, return your body to a straight line, then lift your body forward, then lift it up, and then return to the initial movement. Hold for 30 seconds, then switch arms and do another 30 seconds.

2. Palm Crossing Exercise

From standing to squatting, place your palms in front of your feet and press down into the floor, shoulder-width apart. Cross your arms and move them forward, as if you were walking on your hands, until you are in a push-up position. Pause for 5 seconds, then go back to the original position and do it for 30 seconds.

3. Back support and leg lift exercise

Support your palms on the floor with your fingers facing opposite to your face. Bend your knees, put your feet flat, lift your hips, and at the same time lift your left leg with your toes hooked forward. Then bend your elbows and sink your arms. Stay for 10 seconds, push your back upward, and keep your legs in the same position. After 30 seconds, switch legs and repeat the previous movements.

A pair of slender arms gives people the feeling of a slender lady, while thick arms always give people a feeling of being strong, which will inevitably make people be labeled as a "tomboy". If you want to get rid of this name, start exercising every day according to the above method now, and try to get rid of butterfly arms as soon as possible.
