How can you lift your buttocks?

How can you lift your buttocks?

Every day after getting dressed, I have to look at myself in the mirror before going to work. But I don’t know what’s going on, many people are becoming more and more dissatisfied with their figure. I also have this situation. I mainly prefer delicious food, but I’m not the kind of person who can eat without gaining weight. My job requires me to sit at work for a long time, so my hips are very wide and big, and it’s not easy to match clothes. My friend introduced some ways to lift the buttocks to me, and I will share them with you below.

1. Inhale, kneel down on the exercise mat, bend your elbows 90 degrees, palms down, bend your right knee 90 degrees, kneel on the yoga brick, straighten your left leg, and point your toes on the ground. At this time, keep your body and spine straight, or wear a chiropractic belt to prevent your body from swaying left and right or forming a U shape.

2. Exhale and lift your straight left leg up from the ground. At this time, be careful not to let your back concave or your stomach bulge forward.

3. Stand in the most standard posture just like during military training, with your head up, chest out, and eyes looking forward. Lean your upper body forward slightly, hold the wall with both hands, and make sure your arms remain straight.

4. Slowly lift one leg backwards while tightening your thighs, lift your leg as high as possible, then put it down. Repeat this action 10 times, then switch legs and repeat the same action.

Note:

1. The buttocks must be firm and round, and should not shake too much when walking.

2. The size of the entire buttocks must be balanced and must be in proportion to the body. If it is not too big, it is good; if it is too small, it is certainly not acceptable.

3. A protruding front and a curved back are important factors in assessing a beautiful buttock. When walking and turning, your hips should be slightly upturned, which will look very beautiful.

4. The skin is fair, delicate, shiny and elastic. There must be some fat, but it should be just the right amount.

There are many movements to lift the hips. The ones I introduced above are a few that I think are very effective. We should pay attention to our walking posture when we walk. Don't twist your hips, as this looks ugly. You should walk steadily, keep your head up, chest out, and abdomen in. Then your hips will naturally appear straighter and more beautiful.
