What are the yoga movements for losing belly fat?

Many women carry their own swimming rings. I believe everyone knows what a swimming ring is. It refers to some fat on the belly. The fat on the belly will affect the overall beauty of the body. Tights are clothes that all female friends like to wear, but because of their own body shape, many people have given up wearing tights. So how can you lose belly fat? Let us understand it through yoga.

Forward bend

This movement does not look difficult. In fact, it mainly stretches the lines of the back, arms, chest, abdomen, and legs, thereby performing a full-body exercise.

1: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, put your arms behind you and slowly straighten them parallel to the ground, with your fingers clasped together.

2: Slowly bend forward, bring your chest closer to your legs, and gradually raise your hands from behind to the top. Keep upright during the whole process, lean your upper body down as much as possible, feel the stretch in your back, and suck your abdomen in, don't let it bulge out.

3: Slowly reach the maximum stretching limit of your body, hold for 5 breaths, put down your hands, and slowly stand up straight. You can do this several times.

Back leg lift

This movement looks difficult and requires a certain level of training. It is not recommended for beginners. At the same time, if you can't balance, you can also stick to the wall or ask someone for help.

1: Stand up straight, slowly bend your upper body, support the ground with both hands, and lift your left leg up into a straight line. (Don't force it)

2: Pull your abdomen inward and hold for five breaths, then switch to the other leg for support and repeat the above movements.

Leg lift side support

This movement mainly uses the upper limbs to separate the legs. It is very stretching and can exercise the whole body.

1: After doing push-ups, slowly turn your body to the right, and then shift your center of gravity to your right hand and right foot.

2: Slowly lift your left leg up, then grab your left toes with your left hand. (If you can’t do it, don’t force it)

3: If you can grab your left foot, slowly move closer and gradually lift your leg to the highest position, hold for five breaths, then switch to the other side.

There are many yoga moves to reduce belly fat, and you can choose the way that suits you. Abdominal fat accumulates day by day, and the abdomen is the most difficult place to lose weight, so everyone must be patient.
