When the lower abdomen has been contracted to its tightest degree, all the air is exhaled at the same time. 3. After your shoulders and lower abdomen are relaxed, start to inhale slowly. Inhale as much as possible. At this time, you don't need to deliberately contract your lower abdomen. Instead, press your abdomen downward. These methods are very effective, so you might as well give them a try. However, you must do warm-up exercises before exercising, and take regular breaks and drink water during exercise to prevent your body from being overwhelmed.
