In addition, inflammation or fungal diseases in the sinuses can also cause nosebleeds. It is worth noting that when a hemangioma grows in the nose, the amount of nose bleeding is often heavy; and malignant tumors such as nasal cancer or nasopharyngeal cancer often manifest as bloody nasal discharge in the early stages.

Of course, some systemic diseases can also cause nose bleeding. For example, diseases that cause fever can cause bleeding due to congestion of the nasal mucosa. Blood diseases such as thrombocytopenia or leukemia can cause nose bleeding due to abnormal coagulation function. People with severe liver damage may also experience nose bleeding due to coagulation disorders.

Therefore, once nose bleeding occurs, emergency measures should be taken in time. If the nose bleeding can be stopped after first aid, then it is okay. However, if the bleeding does not stop, you should pay attention to the possibility that there is something wrong with your body. You need to go to the hospital for further detailed examination to avoid delaying treatment. You should also pay attention to the intensity when exercising.
