The elbows can be about three finger widths lower than the shoulders, or they can be pulled up to the same height as the shoulders. Look straight ahead and replace all thoughts with one thought. When distracting thoughts arise, just let them go, ignore them and turn a deaf ear to them; accept those who come and don’t keep those who leave. The stance should be comfortable and not stiff, but the movements should be correct and you cannot stagger to this and that. Keep your head and neck straight and symmetrical.
