How do men exercise their armpit muscles?

1. Dips and extensions on parallel bars.

The general process of the movement is: hold the bars with both hands, support your arms on the parallel bars, keep your head upright, chest up, shoulders up, torso and upper limbs perpendicular to the parallel bars, bend your knees and cross your calves over the ankle joints of both feet. The elbow joint is slowly bent, while the shoulder joint is extended and flexed, allowing the body to gradually lower to the lowest position. Pause for a moment, then use your arms to push up to the original position.

2. Single-arm lateral raise

Holding a dumbbell in one hand, tilt your upper body to the other side (the side not holding the dumbbell), and push the dumbbell straight up. Keep the load on the serratus anterior area before resuming the press by contracting the serratus anterior. Make sure to lift straight up while contracting your serratus anterior. This will unconsciously make the serratus anterior larger.

3. Side bend with one hand raised

Place your right hand on your hip and extend your left hand straight up. Bend to the right side as far as you can, holding this position and doing "pulsing" slight side bends for one minute, then returning to an upright position. Switch the position of your hands and repeat the bend on the other side.

When we exercise now, it is easy to ignore the training of the armpit muscles, thinking that this muscle is not very useful. In fact, why do we sometimes see on TV or in life that two people will have different effects when wearing the same clothes? This is not only because of height, temperament and other reasons, but also because of the differences in the armpit muscles.
