Bend to the right side as far as you can, holding this position and doing "pulsing" slight side bends for one minute, then returning to an upright position. Switch the position of your hands and repeat the bend on the other side. When we exercise now, it is easy to ignore the training of the armpit muscles, thinking that this muscle is not very useful.
