Beginners can start with 20 contractions and relaxations as one set, and do 3 sets a day. After 1 month, you can change to 5 sets a day. I can now do about 10 sets a day. After doing about 20 of them, you will feel a heat flow around the prostate with each contraction and relaxation, which means that you have exercised the PC muscle. (Note: Once you are determined to practice and achieve results, you must persist in exercising your PC muscles every day. It will take at least 2 months to see obvious results, and the results after more than 1 year may surprise you even more.
