Step 1

Lie flat on your back with your feet together, your hands flat on both sides of your body, bend your knees, and use your abdominal strength to lift your buttocks.

Step 2

Bend your elbows and support your lower back with your hands, while keeping your knees bent and raising your feet above your body.

Step 3

After making sure your body is stable, stretch your legs toward the ceiling, press your chin slightly against your chest, and extend your neck toward the top of your head. Hold for a few breaths, then slowly descend back to the ground.

Note: If you cannot do step 3, do not force yourself, just do step 2.

Therefore, yoga exercise is a gradual process. You should not rush into it. You should choose the exercise method that suits you according to your own situation. Yoga also has many postures. Some postures are too difficult and require very high flexibility of the human body. Such postures are not suitable for beginners to exercise.
