How to exercise to lose weight effectively

To do this abdominal exercise, sit on the edge of a bench or chair. Place your hands on either side of your hips, holding onto the edge of the bench, bend your knees, and slowly lift your legs toward your chest while leaning your upper body forward and bringing your chest closer to your legs. Straighten your legs and lean back with your heels about 12 cm off the ground. Repeat 12 times.

Aerobic exercises such as hula hooping, sit-ups and push-ups can be used to reduce belly fat, but only 15 minutes of exercise every night is enough. Hula hooping and sit-ups can slim the waist, while push-ups can exercise the arm muscles and chest muscles. Are you afraid of a small belly now that your chest muscles have emerged? Swimming and playing ball are also effective ways to reduce belly fat. If conditions permit, you can do it for 20 minutes a day. If you don’t have time, you can do it once or twice a week for 40 minutes.
