In this step, you will clearly feel your back stretching and the blood circulation in your legs flowing faster. You must hold on for 10 seconds before relaxing.

Step 5:

This is a very comfortable posture. Lie prone with your legs comfortably apart, bend your elbows, and place the side of your face on the backs of your hands. Relax and hold for 5 seconds.

Step 6:

Keep your upper body still, bend your right leg at the knee, bring your right knee close to your chest, breathe naturally, and hold for 10 seconds.
