What exercises can help you lose weight in the office?

2. 3. 4. Stand with your legs apart, lunge with your left leg to the left, support your left knee with your left hand, stretch your right leg to the right, in a straight line with your body, stretch your right arm from above your head to the upper left, with your palm facing forward, and lunge to the left. Press your body's center of gravity down as much as possible and let it fall on the left side of your body. Hold the position for 5 seconds.
