5. People who are prone to joint dislocation.

6. Acute ligament strain of the cervical spine, thoracic spine, lumbar spine, femoral head, knee joint, and ankle joint.

7. Patients with fractures or muscle tears.

It seems that exercising the abdominal muscles through the abdominal muscle board is more effective than simply doing sit-ups.
