Then massage in a clockwise direction around your belly button and gradually expand to your entire abdomen. After massaging for 2-3 minutes, massage the abdomen in the same way in a counterclockwise direction for 2-3 minutes.

Section 2: Thenar ring push. Lie on your back and use the thenar of your right hand to push from the pubic hair along the left side of the scrotum, diagonally to the perineum, and then push back from the right side of the scrotum. Push it 20-30 times a day, move the scrotum and penis from time to time, and it is best when you feel the penis become excited and erect.

Section 3: rubbing the penis. Lie on your back, put your palms together, and rub the penis for 1-2 minutes. Then use the thumbs and index fingers of both hands to repeatedly pinch the penis from the base to the glans for 2 minutes. Use gentle force and concentrate, and rub until the penis is erect.

Section 4: Deeply rub the kidney-strengthening points. Stand and rub the Shenshu point on the back (1.5 inches below the spinous process of the second lumbar vertebra) repeatedly with the base of your palms for about 1 minute, then rub both sides of the coccyx repeatedly for about 2 minutes. The force of rubbing can be slightly greater, and it is best if the local skin becomes slightly red and feels warm.

These are health exercises that are particularly suitable for middle-aged and elderly people. These health exercises will be particularly beneficial to the health of middle-aged and elderly people. Middle-aged and elderly people must persist in doing health exercises, and they must adjust their state of doing exercises.
