In fact, many people don’t know that this method is very wrong. Exercise must be reasonable and not excessive, which is not good for the body. So how long should you exercise?

Experts explain that for the average person, a reasonable exercise frequency is important for the effectiveness and persistence of exercise. If the exercise time exceeds 90 minutes, it will not be conducive to the body's recovery, will cause excessive fatigue, and will not be conducive to the elimination of fatigue and the recovery of body functions after exercise. Therefore, each exercise should be between 60 and 90 minutes long. If you train four or five times a week, it is best to exercise for two or three days and rest for one day, which is conducive to the recovery of body functions.

In terms of exercise intensity, the best way to exercise is a combination of moderate-intensity strength training and low-intensity exercise. For example, after strength training, you can do 20 to 30 minutes of variable-speed running that combines fast and slow running, or practice riding a fitness bike by increasing or decreasing resistance and changing speeds. Although higher-intensity strength training is beneficial for strengthening muscles and forming a good body shape, it should not be too intense, otherwise the effect will not be good.

Therefore, the time for fitness should not be too long. For some office workers, because of limited time, they can take some time to do a certain amount of exercise, and on weekends, the time can be appropriately extended. However, we must remember to exercise moderately, which will be helpful to our body.
