How to practice yoga for slimming and body shaping

2. Warrior pose

Stand, take a big step forward with your left foot, bend your knees, place your right leg behind you, keep your calves close to the floor, and stretch your feet. Stretch your arms above your head, put your hands together, bend your shoulders backwards, and lift your chest.

3. Mountain pose

Stand with your feet together, legs straight, arms placed in front of your chest, hands together, eyes looking forward, and back straight.

4. Worship

Stand in a cat-like position, then exhale as you lift your knees off the floor. Keep your knees slightly bent, then lift your heels off the ground to extend your lower back, stretching your sitting bones toward the ceiling and keeping your feet parallel.

When exhaling, push your legs and thighs backwards, place your heels on the ground and straighten your knees. Stretch your leg muscles instead of pushing hard against your knees, and keep your feet balanced.

5. Exhibition

After opening your legs, turn your right foot 60 degrees to the right. When you inhale, pull your spine upwards, support yourself with your right hand on the floor, extend your left hand upwards, stretch the left side of your waist muscles, and hold your breath for 10-20 seconds.

Then exhale while looking down at your right foot and bending your right knee. Inhale again and lift your upper body up, returning your hands and feet to the starting position.

6. Cat pose

Kneel on the ground with your hands on your knees, with your body in the shape of an arch. When exhaling, curl your tailbone inward, retract your abdomen, arch your back and bring your chin close to your collarbone.

While inhaling, support your body with your palms, stretch your back forward, and look forward.

The above introduces several sets of yoga movements for weight loss and body shaping, which are all basic and introductory movements. For those who want to lose weight and shape their body by practicing yoga, as long as they can practice it every day and persevere, they will definitely achieve a satisfactory result.
