The purpose of exercise is to improve myocardial blood and oxygen supply; comprehensively improve health levels, reduce risk factors, and prevent the recurrence of coronary heart disease; eliminate negative emotions, achieve a good mental state and healthy psychology, and enhance confidence in resuming normal life.

1. Walking

Specific method: Walk two 1000-meter flat sections. Walk 1000 meters in 15 minutes, rest for 3-5 minutes, and then walk another 1000 meters. Later, you can gradually increase the walking speed and duration. 1-2 times a day, 4-6 times a week.

Note: Choose a flat road when walking, pay attention to a stable gait, even stride, natural breathing, and avoid falling. You can intersperse fast walking in between, and if you cannot endure it physically, you can slow down at any time.

Exercise benefits: Simple and easy, usually carried out in a beautiful environment, can make people feel happy. It is most effective in improving cardiopulmonary function and enhancing oxygen uptake capacity. Among them, brisk walking is more valuable for heart exercise than walking.

2. Jogging

Specific method: 4-6 times a week, 1000-2000 meters each time, and control the heart rate below 120 beats/minute. You can gradually increase the running distance later, but you should not increase the running speed.

Note: Only those who can walk 2000-3000 meters quickly without angina pectoris are allowed to participate in jogging exercises. It is suitable for those with mild illness and exercise foundation. During exercise, you must strictly control your heart rate. When you cannot tolerate it physically, you can reduce the intensity by alternating between walking and running. It is usually done in the early morning or evening.

Exercise benefits: It is more intense than walking, but is controlled within a certain range and can improve heart function more effectively.

The above are several exercise methods and precautions for patients with angina pectoris. Patients with angina pectoris must pay attention to persisting in treatment and aerobic exercise. In the long run, angina pectoris will not recur. In addition, you must be careful not to do strenuous exercise, pay attention to your eating habits, and have regular hospital check-ups. Angina pectoris is easy to control and cure.
