How to Exercise Indoors

There are many ways to exercise indoors, you can run or do exercises, and it is best to combine running and exercises. Running can promote blood circulation in the body, allow the brain to get more oxygen and nutrients, dredge the meridians, and exercise our quick thinking ability. Doing exercises often does not require too much space, emphasizes a sense of rhythm, and can enhance the coordination of our limbs.

Let’s start with the arms. Buy a pair of dumbbells, you can't save money on this. When buying a weight, make sure you buy one that is suitable for you, which means it is heavy enough that you can still lift it. If you are not used to it at first, you can lift a dumbbell with one hand, 5 or 6 times at a time. I've almost gotten used to doing 10 reps with one hand, and then switching hands. Once you are fully acclimated, raise both hands, 10 times each set, rest for 30 seconds after each set, or 50 seconds if you feel uncomfortable. Do 2 to 3 sets at a time.

Then comes the legs, let’s jump rope. The first time jumping rope, boys can do 100 at a time and girls can do 50. Then increase slowly. I can now do 700 at a time. Skipping rope has many benefits. For fatter friends, it can also help lose weight throughout the body. For those who are too lazy to go out for jogging, skipping rope is the best option. Then the abdomen. Abdominal muscles are every boy's dream. For those who are afraid of hard work, just do sit-ups. After completing a process, it is best to hold your head and turn left and then right. However, this is a bit hard. I don't know if you understand what I mean, so friends who don't understand it can just do the simplest sit-ups. Start with 100 a day, then increase to 200 a day, then do 50 to 100 in a group. If you want to train perfect abdominal muscles, you should look for other methods, but it will be very hard.

Some people may only be able to spare some time in the evening to do physical exercise, such as some white-collar workers who go home from get off work at night. At this time, they can exercise in the city by playing basketball, badminton, table tennis, etc. These exercises can be completed with family or colleagues. Through exercise, you can vent negative emotions, relieve a day's work fatigue, and enhance friendships among colleagues and friends.
