How to use the leg puller

Sit down, put one foot on the handle to fix it, put the other foot on the handle, cross your hands to support the knee bend to fix the knee joint, and flex and extend the calf (90 degrees).

Push-up - thigh

Sit down, hold the handle with both hands and place them on your abdomen, and step one foot on the handle to lift.

Straight-leg deadlift – lower back and abdomen

Stand with one end of the puller on the ground, one foot on the handle, hold the other handle with both hands, and do a deadlift with straight legs.

To facilitate training, the shape of the handle can be changed, such as V-shaped (mainly for training the brachialis and forearm muscles), and become detachable.

It mainly exercises the muscle tissue of the upper limbs, but you must pay attention to the standard of movement, otherwise it may cause strain of the back or waist and abdominal muscles, etc. The movement is very simple, put your toes on the ground to prevent the puller from popping out, lean your body forward, and do forward arm flexion based on the elbow joint's movement. Note that the upper arms must be tightened and kept still for effective exercise.

Sit flat on the ground, stretch out your legs, place your feet on the fixed pedals of the bodybuilder, then hold the handles with both hands and pull them back and forth with even force to strengthen your legs and arms.

Stand up straight and place both feet on the fixed footrests. Hold the handles with both hands and pull up and down with force. Repeat as many times as you can to strengthen your body.
