Yoga poses to relieve fatigue

Keep breathing naturally, hold your ankle with your left hand to hold it in place, press your right knee down with your right hand, and feel the stretch in your leg. Maintain the movement for about 10 to 20 breaths.

2. Then put down your right foot, place your left hand on your left knee, and press your left foot according to the previous action. Keep your waist still and your elbows bent.

3. Put your feet down, keep them together, back straight, interlock your fingers and make fists in front of your chest, then raise your hands up, look upward, head up, chest out, and waist out. Maintain the movement for about 10 to 20 breaths.

4. Then put down your hands, put your legs together, hold the book between your knees, and keep your leg muscles tight. Then stand on your tiptoes, with your toes touching the ground. Hold the edge of the chair with both hands.

5. Straighten your back, use your hips and abdomen, then lift your legs and straighten your insteps. Hold the movement for about 10 to 20 breaths.

6. Put your legs down, hold your right knee with both hands, bend your elbows to pull your right leg up, lower your head, and feel the stretch in your legs and back. Maintain the movement for about 10 breaths.
