What are the stretching exercises?

Nowadays, many girls in life love stretching exercises. Stretching exercises can exercise the flexibility of the body. It is also an exercise that many gymnasts will do. In fact, there are many friends with stiff ligaments in their bodies. In life, they will also pull the ligaments because of accidental injuries. Therefore, stretching exercises are imperative. So what are the stretching exercises?

Stretching increases the body's flexibility, which some people think is something only gymnasts need. In fact, this is not the case. People with stiff bodies and ligaments are very likely to get injured during sports and daily life.

Stretching can make the muscles, ligaments and joints work more smoothly, reduce the possibility of joint and muscle injuries, and reduce the possibility of back problems. In daily life, we often feel tired after a day of work and are prone to back pain the next day. This is because the body is not stretched in time. If people spend about 20 minutes stretching before doing strenuous exercise, they can relieve muscle soreness and keep joints healthy. Stretching can actually be considered a type of strength training, the most basic one. Its main purpose is to make the body feel soft and powerful.

Stretching is not part of warm-up. It is best to do it after warm-up because the muscles and joints are already in an "eager to try" state. Stretching is most effective at this time and can minimize the possibility of injury. The most effective time for stretching is after exercise, but it is better to stretch before and after exercise. You can divide 30 minutes or 20 minutes into two 10 minutes. This will make the exercise more effective.

Basically, people who rarely exercise need to stretch about 3 times a week to maintain body flexibility. Each session takes 30 minutes. People who exercise a lot should stretch 7 days a week, 2-3 times a day. It doesn't take that long to repeat various stretching movements until the body feels flexible again.

Stretching is a very simple exercise that allows you to continuously stretch your body and increase the mobility of your joints. However, it should be noted that the strength of the stretch must be appropriate so that the joints and ligaments can cooperate more correctly and avoid sudden ligament damage.
