Sit on a mattress or blanket, cross your palms and hold them together, push up and stretch until you feel the tight point, stop, keep still, coordinate your breathing during the movement, and stay for more than 10 seconds.

Sit on the floor with your left foot flat on the floor and cross your other foot into a bent position. Place your right hand near your hip and use your left hand to slowly push your bent right knee inward until you feel the muscles tighten. Coordinate your breathing during the movement. Stay for 15-20 seconds, switch sides, and repeat the same movement.
