Stand naturally with your elbows bent and your upper arms at shoulder height. Use your arms to support yourself, straighten your legs, slowly lean your upper body forward, move your body's center of gravity forward, slowly lift your right foot backwards, use your left leg and hips to maintain balance, and open your arms into a "U" shape. Hold this position for 10 seconds, then return to the starting position and repeat the exercise with the other leg.

Sit with your legs straight and flat on the ground, and your arms extended forward. Slowly lift your legs upwards, lean your upper body backwards, feel your abdomen tighten, and make your upper body and body form a "V" shape. Use the strength of your waist and abdomen to maintain this position for 5 seconds, then return to the starting position, and repeat the exercise several times.

Lie face down on the ground, support your upper body with your hands, stretch your legs and put your toes on the ground. Open your left arm upward and turn your body to the left along with your arm until your hands are in a straight line. Lift your hips and abdomen upward with force, so that your body and arms form a "T" shape. Hold the position for 5 seconds, then recover and repeat 10 times.

Lie on your back with your legs shoulder-width apart, knees bent, and your hands at your sides. Tighten your abdomen and buttocks, and use the strength of your waist, abdomen and buttocks to lift the area from below your shoulders to your hips off the ground. Hold this position for 10 seconds until you reach your maximum limit, then lower it. Repeat this exercise several times.
