Head rotation: The head rotates 180 degrees from forward to the right shoulder and then back along the original route to the left shoulder in a symmetrical movement to return to the original position. Do a 180-degree spin every four beats for eight measures.

Head circling: With the neck as the axis, move the head clockwise or counterclockwise once, then move it in a symmetrical direction once, making one circle for eight beats, alternating twice, for a total of sixteen measures.

Action tips: Keep your body upright when exercising your head and neck. When your head moves forward, press your shoulders down to maintain balance and keep your back straight. When moving backward, do not slump your waist or stick out your belly. Do not lean sideways when moving to the right or left, and keep your shoulders flat. As you circle, keep your body upright and your neck relaxed.
