When is the best time to practice yoga?

Yoga is the best exercise for the body and mind. It can relax our muscles and bones, and adjust our temper, mind and body. There is a saying that a day's plan begins in the morning. So the best time to practice yoga is in the morning, but it is not limited to the morning. Other times are also OK as long as you have a fixed time. But if you have time, it is better to practice in the morning. Next, let us take a closer look at what time is the best time to practice?

Generally, it is 3-4 hours after a meal, and you can practice half an hour after drinking liquid food or beverages.

In the morning, or at night before going to bed. In short, you should practice on an empty stomach.

After getting up early in the morning and cleaning your teeth and face, do some morning yoga, and be grateful to the sun for bringing us light, cleaning out the toxins and darkness accumulated throughout the night, purifying your mind, and slowly filling your body with energy to greet a new day. (The best time to practice is 15 to 30 minutes. Too long will cause the body to be too tired.)

Two hours after meal.

If you want to exercise, it is usually better to do it in the evening. Just use your free time at noon to do some simple exercises, and then do them before going to bed to fall asleep better!

Practice four times a day: morning, noon, afternoon, and evening. Just combine it with meal times. It’s best to practice right after waking up in the morning.

I think you can forget about it in the morning, but you must practice at noon and then again at night. Even just 5 minutes is fine, you can use your lunch time to do some simple exercises.

It is best to choose a time that allows you to keep your mind calm, for example, at 10 o'clock in the evening when you have finished your day's plans and doing yoga is beneficial for mental relaxation.

I think it is not a good idea to practice yoga at noon. Yoga should be practiced 2 hours before meals and 2 hours after meals. You have to eat in the 2 hours at noon, which is not enough time. Moreover, the yoga studio does not arrange classes for practice at noon. The more suitable time for yoga is: 7-9 am.

After 2 pm is more suitable. You can practice after 7 pm. One hour a day is enough.

The air is best at 10 o'clock, so this is the best time to exercise, but you can also choose one to two hours after a meal.

The above is what I know about the best time periods for doing yoga, but I would also like to tell you not to get up too early to practice, because the city’s smog will affect our health. As long as you insist on exercising every day, it will definitely help your body. I wish you all a good mood and good health every day!
