At the beginning of the movement, bend your elbows and place them at shoulder height. While exhaling, slowly raise your hands until your upper arms are close to your ears. While inhaling, slowly lower them to the starting position.

Action process three:

Place your hands on the front edge of the chair, bend your knees, and lift your hips forward off the seat, supporting your body weight with your arms. While exhaling, slowly bend your elbows, inhale and push your body up. Be careful not to have a chair with wheels to avoid accidents.
