How to do full body muscle training

If we participate in physical exercise properly in our daily life, it will be of great help to us in preventing some diseases and improving our body immunity. However, if you want to do physical exercise, you need to develop good living habits, and you can try whole-body muscle training, which can make you look stronger, so whole-body muscle training is mainly through doing radio gymnastics and push-ups and other physical activities.

The first thing is to develop a habit of getting up 40 to 60 minutes earlier in the morning;

Second, after getting up in the morning, go out for a run to warm up your body, which is a necessary preparation before exercising every morning.

The third is to do radio gymnastics, or learn simple martial arts routines or some basic martial arts movements. Note: when you first start learning martial arts, you don’t need to be similar in spirit, but you must pursue similarity in form. Only in this way can you ensure that your every move is in accordance with the martial arts practitioners' moves;

Fourth, when exercising every morning, take a deep breath, and then shout to the sky as loudly as you can in one breath (this can exercise and improve your lung capacity and confidence). Do more standing jumps, standing jumps with a high jump, running jumps, and running jumps with a high jump every day (this can effectively promote your body growth). If conditions permit, do more exercises on the horizontal bar and parallel bars (it is better to reach and exceed the high school physical exercise standards);

Fifth, prepare a cup of boiled water before going to bed every day. The first thing to do after getting up in the morning is to add some hot water to the cold boiled water and drink it on an empty stomach (first, it dilutes the blood viscosity problem caused by sleep; second, it is conducive to not having the bad state of insufficient blood and oxygen supply when exercising; third, it has the function of cleaning the garbage in the body, improving the body's digestive function, and is conducive to growing more meat, especially tendon meat; fourth, it can eliminate various physical discomforts that may occur when exercising in the morning). After getting used to drinking water on an empty stomach in the morning, you must drink more than 400ml each time every day;

Sixth, you must eat a full meal every morning and have some soy milk, tofu pudding, milk, and eggs. You must also eat well and have enough at noon. You can eat chicken, duck, fish and meat as much as you want. However, for dinner: first, it is best to eat some pasta (steamed buns, bread, noodles, etc.); second, it is best to eat less chicken, duck, fish, and meat; third, just eat well, don't eat too much. Because these three aspects of dinner are the most favorable conditions for growing meat, you must control them well to avoid excessive intake and cause the main reason of growing fat meat (fat meat) instead of tendon meat (lean meat);

Seventh, two hours after dinner, you can go out for a walk, do some push-ups, hang on the horizontal bar, parallel bars, or do some handstands, push-ups, sit-ups, and dumbbell exercises at home. Exercise until your body gets warm, and then increase the amount of exercise after your body adapts.

Carrying out whole-body muscle exercises in our daily lives is of great help to our physical health. It not only makes our muscles more shapely, but also plays a great role in our resistance to disease invasion. The way to exercise the whole body muscles is to go for a morning run and do some physical activities to promote muscle activity in the body.
