Can I practice yoga during my period?

I believe everyone has such a belief that you can't do any exercise easily during menstruation. If you do not exercise properly during menstruation, or do other bad things during menstruation, it will affect menstruation and the rest of your life. Many people want to exercise during menstruation, but they are afraid to exercise during menstruation because they are worried that it will seriously affect menstruation. So, can you do yoga during menstruation?

First of all, it may be necessary to understand that traditionally, or at least in ancient India, very few women practiced yoga (at least not publicly). It was not that they were prohibited, but the social, customary and cultural conditions at the time caused women to engage in activities and roles that were quite different from those of men.

Elegant men think it is too popular, popular men think it is too feminine, orthodox men think it is too alternative, and alternative men think it is too similar to fitness. In short, all these misunderstandings cannot be cleared up even if you jump into the Yellow River.

Working women may not have much choice to "retreat" when they have to go to work, but they can still practice moving, working and interacting with people in a low-key and retreating mentality during these days and change the way they practice yoga.

If you find yourself having abdominal pain, dysmenorrhea and other symptoms during your period, you can choose to do yoga exercises. After doing it, you will find that the dysmenorrhea symptoms can be further improved after doing yoga. So after doing it, you can confirm the truth that many people believe that you cannot exercise during menstruation. In fact, exercising more during menstruation has many benefits to the body.
