Cheeks: For the first time, use the middle fingers and ring fingers of both hands to draw small circles starting from the nose wings on both sides and move outward to the top of the auricle; for the second time, draw circles starting from the corners of the mouth on both sides to the middle of the auricle (the small protrusion outside the ear hole); for the third time, draw circles starting from the chin outward to the earlobe. Jaw: For the facial contour under the jaw, you can use the strength of your palm to massage in circles while pulling upwards. neck: Use your palms to massage your neck from bottom to top, moving left and right to cover the skin of your entire neck. This movement can prevent a double chin, but it's a bit scary when you do it, so don't let your boyfriend or children see it. Step 4: Use elastic mask for 15 minutes After 10 minutes of massage, the facial skin was well relaxed and regulated. At this time, you can choose an elastic mask to deeply repair your skin. Why should you choose a stretch mask? Elastic masks generally adopt an "elastic fit" mask design, which can be stretched at will, fit the skin tightly without leaving any gaps, and provide moderate pressure, just like massaging the skin, which can help to comprehensively enhance and tighten the skin contour.
