You just need to spend five minutes lying in bed and doing it. Try the following healthy weight loss exercises, you can lose weight even when lying down!

Function: Relieve stress and relieve back pain

It is a very simple movement, similar to the baby pose in yoga. Relax your body completely, press your chest against your thighs, stretch your arms forward, and fully extend your back.

It is very similar to the cat pose in yoga. Imagine yourself as a kitten kneeling on the bed, with your pelvis raised, knees unchanged, and your hands moving your body forward until your chest is against the bed.

When I was a student, I spent too much time sitting and had little time for exercise.
