1. Shoulder abduction:

Bring your shoulders as close to the midline of your back as possible. While doing this movement, you can slightly raise your arms, similar to the chest expansion movement, but the most important thing when doing it is to consciously tighten the muscles in your back.

2. Shrugging shoulders:

While keeping your shoulders abducted, lift them up as if someone is pushing down on your shoulders and you are trying to fight it. The key is to keep the shoulders abducted and consciously contract the upper trapezius muscles and the levator scapulae.

3. Lift your head upwards:

While keeping your shoulders abducted and raised, lift your head up and back. The key is to consciously use the muscles at the back of your neck, preferably to achieve a slight tremor. After completing the head lifting movement, hold it for 3 to 5 seconds, then slowly relax. The order of relaxation is exactly the opposite of the previous movements, that is, the head returns to the normal position first, then the raised shoulders drop down, and finally the shoulders are retracted to their original position. Relax and repeat 3 to 5 times.
