Strong stair running

Go up and down stairs as fast as you can without handrails. You can also walk backwards when going downstairs, but only take one step at a time. This method can enhance a person's lung capacity, increase the range of motion of the hip joint, and exercise the muscles of the lower limbs. It can also strengthen the muscles of the waist and abdomen, eliminate excess fat, and strengthen tendons and bones.
