Plastic surgery is very harmful, but a little exercise can help you lose weight

Fat on the face is more unbearable than fat in any other part of the body, because it not only affects your appearance but also affects people's first impression. Weight loss experts recommend quick massage face-slimming exercises to easily create a V-shaped face.

Head tilted to the right

Sit on a chair with your back straight, abdomen tucked in, shoulders naturally lowered, relaxed, neck straightened, face forward. It is best to do this in front of a mirror so you can clearly see if you have any bone imbalance problems. Then tilt your head to the right, keeping your face facing forward and not twisting your neck.

Squinting

Keep your head tilted and in the correct position, lift your chin slightly, and look diagonally upward. Lift your chin further and turn your head back from the right side to the front, so that your chin is fully raised and your face is completely facing upwards, while closing your eyes.

Open mouth smile

Open your mouth up and down, move your upper and lower teeth further apart, and make a smiling expression. Open your mouth as wide as possible to stimulate the surrounding orbicularis oris muscles.

Mouth corner measurement

Keep your mouth open, slowly open the left and right corners of your mouth to the sides, and slowly pull the lips that are stretched up and down outwards.

Close your lips

Then close your upper and lower lips and your upper and lower teeth, but keep a certain gap between them, not too close. Maintaining this posture, lift the left and right corners of your mouth further upwards.

Close your lips, pull the upturned left and right corners of your mouth back to the center, shrink your mouth, but don't pout. At the same time, let the air fill your entire mouth and inflate your left and right cheeks.

Lips pulled apart

While keeping the upper and lower teeth tightly closed, move the lips apart up and down. Be careful not to pull the corners of the mouth apart to the left and right, but rather bring them together in the center along with the upper and lower lips.

Lower lip extension

Face forward, lift your head slightly, look diagonally upward, lift your chin further, look up, keep your chin fully lifted, extend your lower lip, and fix your upper lip, hold for a few seconds.

Tongue sticking out

Again, lift your head, keep your chin slightly upturned, open your mouth slightly, stick out your tongue, and stretch it diagonally upwards as far as possible, but be careful not to curl your tongue.
