Shuttlecock kicking skills, become a shuttlecock kicking master

There are many sports in life that are very helpful to the body. Shuttlecock kicking is one of them. For beginners, they always can't kick well, so they must understand the skills of shuttlecock kicking, because only in this way can they do better. 1. Inward kick/plate kick:

Kick with the inside of your foot in front of or to the side of your body.

2. Straight kick/jump kick:

Kick in front of or to the side with the flat of your foot.

3. Outward kick/turn kick:

Bend your calf toward the back and side of the body on the same side, and use the outside of your foot or heel to kick to the side or back of your body.

4. Knee strike/kick:

Lift and bend your knees forward, and hit the shuttlecock with the front of your thighs or your knees.

5. Fork Kick/Trowel:

Without lifting one foot off the ground, move the other foot around from behind to the outside of the front leg and kick with the inside or sole of the foot. How to quickly master the technique of kicking shuttlecock.

6. Back kick/back hit, back (pronounced "bei") shuttlecock:

Without lifting one foot off the ground, bend the other foot behind you and kick with the sole of your foot.

7. Reverse Hook/Reverse Hook: With your back to the direction the shuttlecock is going to run, kick it backwards with the front of your foot above your body.

8. Kicking shuttlecock/stepping on shuttlecock: kicking with the sole or outside of the foot in front, side or behind the body.

9. Jump straight kick:

Lift one leg forward off the ground, jump up with the other leg, and kick the leg that's off the ground straight in front of the body with the instep of the foot and land first.

10. Jump and kick:

After completing a jumping straight kick with one leg, when the shuttlecock falls back, immediately and continuously complete a jumping straight kick with the other leg that is symmetrical with the first action.

11. Jumping Split Kick/Single Flying Swallow:

Bend one leg and lift it forward, jump up with the other leg, then use the leg that is off the ground to go around from behind to the outside of the front leg and kick with the inside of the foot.
