After the referee issues the command "Athletes get ready", all participating athletes take their positions; after issuing the command "Ready", all participating athletes are ready for rope skipping. The athletes in the single-rope event hold the rope behind their backs with both hands, and the athletes in the double-rope and long-rope "8" figure jumping events stand holding the rope.

2. Timing and counting rope skipping competition

(a) Single swing jump: The athlete jumps up once, swinging the rope with both hands. The rope jumps over the head, passes under the feet and circles the body once (360°). This is called a single swing jump. The number of times is counted as 1 and is performed cumulatively within the specified time.

(ii) Double swing jump: The athlete jumps up once, swings the rope with both hands, and the rope jumps over the head and passes under the feet

Crossing the body twice (720°) is called a double shake jump, which is counted as 1 and is performed cumulatively within the specified time.

(III) Triple Shake Jump: The athlete jumps up once, shakes the rope with both hands, and the rope jumps over the head and passes under the feet.

Passing the body three times (1080°) is called a triple shake jump. Count the number as 1 and repeat it cumulatively.

(IV) Interval Cross Single Swing Jump: The athlete jumps up with a single swing, then crosses the rope with both hands in front of the body (the arms are crossed when the jump starts), the rope jumps over the head, passes under the feet, and circles the body once (360°), and then jumps up again. This sequence of swinging and changing cross jumps is called an interval cross single swing jump. The number of times is counted as 1, and it is performed cumulatively within the specified time.

(V) Mixed Doubles Single Swing Jump: One male and one female athlete (one athlete holds the rope and swings it) jump up at the same time once. The rope jumps over the heads of both athletes and passes under their feet, then circles around their bodies (360°). This is counted as one time and is performed cumulatively within the specified time.

(VI) Relay race: 4×30 seconds single jump, 4×30 seconds double jump, 4×45 seconds double rope alternating speed single jump, relay jump must be carried out with 30 seconds or 45 seconds command as signal.

(VII) Long rope figure 8 jump: Two athletes (male or female) stand holding the rope, with a distance of no less than 3.6 meters between them. After the command or whistle, the rope will be swung 360° in the same direction. No matter which method the athlete uses, he must run into the rope in an "8" shape, jump, pass the long rope over his feet once, and then run out of the long rope. This will be counted as one time and will be accumulated within the specified time.

5. During the competition , if the athlete's shoelaces become loose, the athlete must tighten the shoelaces immediately.

You can continue playing.

6. If an athlete is injured, he or she may continue to compete after 5 minutes of treatment.

Fouls and Penalties

1. If the rope is shaken or a jump is made before the "start" command is given, the game should be restarted and

A warning will be issued and the athlete who makes two false jumps will be disqualified from the competition.

2. Athletes make mistakes in the competition (including in the interval cross single swing jump competition, not

Shake and change cross jumps in sequence), count the number of mistakes, but do not interrupt the game.

3. If an athlete steps on the line or goes out of bounds during the game, it shall be judged as a foul.

(I) Single swing, double swing speed competition, and interval cross single swing jump competition: If an athlete steps on the line or goes out of bounds, the competition should be suspended and the athlete should be allowed to return to the original position before continuing the competition. The count continues from the moment the athlete returns to his starting position.
