The most important thing is to pay attention to the following: Muscle cramps often occur during swimming, mostly leg cramps, which are mainly caused by failure to prepare well before entering the water, or the stimulation of cold water, staying in the water for too long or being too tired.

When cramps occur, if you are in shallow water, you can stand up immediately and stretch hard, or use your hand to bend the big toe upwards and massage your calf to relieve the pain. If you are in deep water, you can adopt the backstroke position, stretch the cramped leg straight and still, and when it is slightly relieved, use your hand and the other leg to swim to the shore, and then follow the above method to deal with it.

Sometimes choking occurs due to not mastering the breathing action when swimming. Don't panic if you choke on water. Adjust your breathing movements to prevent further choking. If this happens in deep water and you feel very tired and can't swim anymore, you can also call for help from others to go ashore and rest. Some people experience abdominal pain when swimming. Generally speaking, it is caused by low water temperature or cold abdomen.

As a preventive measure, you should fully prepare before entering the water, such as massaging the belly button with your hands for a few minutes, wiping the chest, abdomen and whole body with a small amount of water to adapt to the water temperature. If abdominal pain occurs in the water, you should go ashore immediately and keep warm. You can also take Huoxiang Zhengqi water. Generally speaking, the abdominal pain will gradually disappear. Some people may experience dizziness, vertigo, nausea, etc. if they swim in the water for too long or have an empty stomach, or if they move too vigorously when going ashore. Some people may even suddenly faint. Generally, this is caused by fatigue and lack of oxygen. Targeted measures include keeping warm, massaging muscles, drinking some sugar water or eating some fruit, etc., and you will recover quickly.

When swimming, you must choose a place that has passed safety facility inspection. If you are a child, you must be accompanied by an adult, otherwise accidents are likely to occur. Another thing is that when facing a swimming accident, you must remain calm and think about rescue measures. In short, no matter where you go swimming, you must have a partner, so it will be safer.
