④ Then switch positions, contract your left leg and straighten your right leg. Gradually increase your speed and pedal like you are riding a bicycle. Keep your breathing even and count to 100 in your mind. Then slowly and controlledly lower your body, lowering your waist and back joint by joint, and then lowering your legs. Pay attention to controlling your center of gravity when pedaling, don't relax your waist and back, and keep them straight at all times. Finally, return the body to a lying position and relax the joints and muscles in various parts.
