The recovery movement is repeated once, and 8-12 times constitute a set. Key points to note: Exhale when squatting, and inhale when rising to the lowest point; keep your body upright at all times, and be careful not to let your knees go beyond your toes when squatting.

Action 2: Weighted frog jump

Action process: Tie sandbags on your legs or waist, spread your feet apart into a half squat, lean your upper body slightly forward, and put your arms behind your body in a ready position. Stretch your legs vigorously to fully straighten the hip, knee, and ankle joints. At the same time, swing your arms forward quickly, jump your body forward and upward, then land on the soles of your feet and bend your knees to cushion the impact. Put your arms in the ready position. Do this 5 to 7 times in a row and repeat 3 to 4 sets. The main muscles exercised are the rectus femoris and thigh muscles.

Note: Frog jumps have a great impact on the lower limbs. If you are not careful or do too much during practice, you may get injured easily. Minors should never practice this.
