What are the gravity sports?

As people in modern society pay more and more attention to exercise, many friends have clearly realized that the body is very likely to become sub-healthy due to busy work. Therefore, only by doing some exercise can we better regulate our body and enhance the body's resistance and immunity. So what are the gravity movements? In response to this question raised by everyone, please learn about it with me in the next period of time.

The movement of higher plants cannot move their overall position freely like animals; it is just the change of position and direction of the organs of the plant body in space.

Tropical movement refers to the directional growth movement of plants caused by unidirectional stimulation from the external environment. It is mainly caused by uneven growth, so organs with the growing area cut off or organs that have stopped growing will not show tropism. According to the type of stimulus, it can be divided into phototropism, gravitropism, hydrotropism, chemotropism and thiotropism.

Phototropism

It refers to the ability of plant organs to bend in a certain direction due to unidirectional light. Usually, seedlings or young plants bend toward the light source, which is called positive phototropism; the roots of many plants grow with their backs to the light, which is called negative phototropism; and some leaves twist their petioles to put themselves in a position suitable for the light, which is usually vertically opposite to the light, showing lateral phototropism. Phototropism is a favorable adaptation of plants to the external environment.

The mechanism of phototropism is still under study. The traditional view is that it is caused by differences in auxin concentration. Light stimulates the lateral transport of auxin from the top to the backlit side. The auxin concentration on the backlit side is higher than that on the light-facing side, so the backlit side grows faster and thus bends toward the light. However, in recent years, it is believed that phototropism is caused by the uneven distribution of growth inhibitory substances such as radix natans, radix amide, and xanthin. Blue light is most effective for phototropism.

The above paragraphs have given us a good introduction to gravity movements. I sincerely hope that friends who have this need can study the above content carefully, so that they can have a deeper understanding and more proficient mastery of these gravity movements. Of course, I still hope that everyone will do things within their ability during exercise, never use brute force, and use more cleverness.
